Section 1: Establishment of the Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute

(1) There is hereby established at llorin a training institute to be known as the Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute (in this Act referred to as "the Institute") which shall have the functions assigned to it by this Act.
(2) The Institute shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
