ADVISORY COUNCIL ON RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS ACT, 1987

Section 9: Interpretation

1987Section 9 of 10•Federal Republic of Nigeria

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
[1988 No.2.]
"Council" means the Advisory Council on Religious Affairs established by section 1 of this Act;
"members" includes the chairman and the secretary of the Council;
"Minister" means the Minister charged with responsibility for Internal Affairs; and
"Ministry" shall be construed accordingly.
