Section 7: Service and arrest within jurisdiction.

(1) A writ in a proceeding commenced as an action in rem in the Court may be served on a ship or other property.
(2)
A ship or other property may, in any proceeding under subsection (1) of this section, be arrested at any place within the limits of the territorial waters of Nigeria.
