Section 12: Ownership disputes

In a proceeding on a maritime claim between co-owners of a ship relating to possession, ownership, operations or earnings of the ship, the orders that the Court may make shall include-(a) an order for the settlement of accounts outstanding and unsettled;
(b) an order directing that the ship or a share in the ship be sold; and
(c) an order relating to entries in and deletions from the Registry of Ships.
