Section 2: Establishment and membership of the Board.

(1)
The College shall be governed by a Board which shall consist of a chairman and the following other members who shall be appointed by the President, that is-

(a)
one representative of the Federal Civil Service Commission;
(b) four representatives of Governments of all the States of the Federation in rotation for two years at a time;
(c)
the Directors of the Institutes of Administration-
(i) Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria;
(ii) Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; and
(iii) University of Nigeria, Nsukka;
(d) the Commandant, Command and Staff College, Jaji;
(e) the Commandant, Police Staff College, Jos,
(2) The Director-General of the College shall be a member of the Board and the Secretary of the Board.
