Section 74: Suspect to whom order is addressed to obey or appear before court

A suspect against whom an order under section 72 of this Act is made shall:(a) perform, within the time and in the manner specified in the order, the act directed by the order; or
(b) appear in accordance with the order and apply to have the order set aside or modified.
