Section 452: Procedure for trying child offenders

(1) Where a child is alleged to have committed an offence, the provisions of the Child Rights Act shall apply.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, the provisions of this Act relating to bail shall apply to bail proceedings of a child offender.
