Section 360: Saving as to section 358 (a)

Failure to comply with the requirements of section 358(a) of this Act shall not of itself vitiate the trial where the court:(a) called on the defendant for his defence;
(b) asked the defendant if he had any witness; and
(c) heard the defendant and his witnesses and other evidence, if any.
