Section 333: Seizure of things intended to be used in commission of crime

The court may: (a) order the seizure of any instrument, material or thing which there is reason to believe are provided or prepared, or being prepared, with a view to the commission of an offence triable by the court; and
(b) direct the instrument, material or thing to be forfeited, confiscated, held or otherwise dealt with in the same manner as property under section 336 of this Act.
