Section 266: Presence of defendant at trial

A defendant shall, subject to the provisions of Section 135 of this Act, be present in court during the whole of his trial unless:(a) he misconducts himself in such a manner as to render his continuing presence impracticable or undesirable; or
(b) at the hearing of an interlocutory application.
