Section 168: Judge may vary bail fixed by Magistrate or police

A Judge of a High Court may direct that the:(a) bail conditions required by a Magistrate's court or police officer be reviewed; or
(b) defendant in custody in a state or in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja be admitted to bail.
